Furniture For Sale

Happy Monday Everyone! I hope your week is off to a great start! I have a full week of working on local client projects and performing my daily mom and wife duties. One of the projects I am working on is a family room makeover for a fabulous client. My client has great taste, and while her family room was completely "done" and beautiful, she wants to update it to make it feel a bit more light and fresh. As a result, we are replacing a couple of the quality pieces she owns, only because they aren't cohesive with the new vision for her space. I thought I would post the items she is selling, here on the blog, in case any of my local readers are interested in them. Like I said, these are high quality items that my client paid a pretty penny for when originally purchased.

This desk is from Thomasville, wood inlay, solid wood. Perfect condition, no scratches. Used as console table. Purchased for $2200 and asking $700

A closer look at the gold pattern inlaid on the top and drawer fronts.

End Table is from Stanley furniture, glass inset top. Purchased for $325 and asking $150.

If you are interested in either of these pieces or have any questions about them, you can contact my client directly at creidny@yahoo.com

Along with my many client projects, I am also making some changes to my own home. I will be switching things up in my family room and dining area. I know, I've only lived in our new home for 9 months, but I am an interior designer and that comes with one major occupational hazard...the inability to leave our own homes alone! It's a sickness. I take full ownership of it. Lucky for me I have a husband that understands it and is willing to indulge me when finances permit. :) So anyway, I am also selling some of the items in my home.

I'm selling my Pottery Barn Montego Dining table. It has two leaves that extend it to 108" long. It was originally purchased for $1800.00. I'm asking $400. ***SOLD***

I'm also selling this 6x9 rug originally purchased from Ballard Designs for $650.00. I am asking $200.00

Also for sale are these two pillow covers from Villa Home. I am selling the covers only, not the inserts. I am asking $55.00 for the pair. ***SOLD***

I will also be selling this sofa and loveseat. It's not available immediately, because we wont be receiving our new furniture for about 6 weeks, but if you are interested, let me know and we can work something out. We are hoping to sell it as a set. Asking $550.00 for the set. ***SOLD***

Obviously, all items are for local pick up only. If you are interested in any of my items for sale. You can email me at thefamilyroomdesign@gmail.com
